ReDoc Document Control Software

We have developed a web-based application that controls all documentations. Created in Windows environment and using .NET technology with IIS server, the application allows users to:

Create a user account
• Search documents
• Download a document
• Upload a document
• Delete a document
• Change the version of a document

The application also offers a method to search one document by using a graphical interface. This method allows an authorized user to create an online web page that includes a GIF picture initially created by the user. This picture can be a flowchart representing the department or service where the user works. For each determined point of this picture, the user can upload (and so create a link to) a text document or another web page. This new method gives the user the opportunity to go deeper into the process by creating several html files. Authorized users have a new possibility to:

• Change the picture
• Add and delete links
• Create html pages online without pragramming

The server capabilities have been extended to treat all recorded information. This first version uses a file system as a database. All system data information are written in several text files that are going to be treated by the system and destroyed if necessary.

Personalized Workflow Application

SoftCreatif has created a personalized web based application that was developed to accommodate departmental needs. Because the application is personalized, each form will not be the same for every company. Software engineers at SoftCreatif take great time to study the company needs and apply the knowledge gained to develop a personalized form that each department will fully understand. Once the application is complete, the company will have the ability to access the form online through their intranet. The form allows anyone with authorized access to:

• Fill out part or the whole form whenever they feel the need.
• Record information to the database
• Retrieve information from the database
• Update information
• Delete information
